| We
sent our box to our family! Thank you to all who helped.
Every year many Single Parents approach the Christmas season
with a mind full of worry. It can be hard enough simply to keep a roof over your
head and food on the table, there is just never any left over to make a proper
Christmas for your Children! Another great Single Parent Site
runs an Angel program every year. Last year (1999) we adopted a mom and her five
year old son and did our part to make Christmas just a little brighter -- just
a little less of a worry! Victoria and Katie
(2yrs, 11 Months):
| I am a single parent of a 2 1/2 year old little girl. My daughter has
been plagued with illness since she was born and just in September went in the
hospital for the third time. This time to take her tonsils and adenoids out and
try and figure out why she has been so sick. Because of her sickness I haven't
been able to work many times. This past time took me from work for almost 3 weeks
until she could go back to preschool. I am a hard working mom just trying to make
it. My ex- was abusive and left me high and dry at 3 months pregnant. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Financially we are very strained and making the
bills is all I can hope for,so Christmas and her up coming birthday is pretty
much nil. Thanks for reading and God Bless. | Katie wishes
