I watching children playing a 4-year-old child’s birthday party last Saturday when I overheard a young mother talking “We call him “ loser”, she said “ around Bobby”. I cringed I knew very well whoever Bobby old he he likely fully aware significant adults his life disrespected probably his father When I hear things I worry kids growing up today 40% children separated parents contact fathers two years kind role models we offering our children
one time young mother could me I said hurtful things my ex-husbands I felt completely justified doing three men had let me down one way another sense place blame when I spoke my divorces weren’t my fault always my ex-husbands’ fault That’s I liked say least That’s I needed believe
Most my adult life I a single mother I’ve married three times four children I one child marriage one child born my second third marriages I seen a phenomenon my own family I now learned common tragic often avoidable I’m talking phenomenon fatherless child
Three my children 40%, group kids never see dads Three my four children fathers seemed simply walked out lives Two children absolutely contact fathers a short time divorce one father disappeared years thing note four men three I had divorced went missing

Funny thing well actually it’s funny I did see situation clearly then I now I knew I had divorced men had deserved now proving how bad abandoning children
My only choice I saw then best single mom I could be; fill gaps play parental roles sure best I could my kids felt loved wanted I good I always had close relationships my children I truly blessed I able raise four people confidence high moral character I very proud I feel very lucky I chose a career childcare foster care I most time my children Working home allowed me a self-employed productive member society allowed me a stay-at-home mom I had best worlds
